Anika noni rose is an American singer-actress. She is most famous for her part as Tiana as the Princess, and"the Frog's African-American Princess. She was recognized as an official Disney Legend. Rose was in Lorrell Robinson, her character in the Academy Award winning film Dreamgirls. Anika Noni (born September 6th 7th, 1972) is a vocalist as well as an American actress. Her most notable role is as Tiana the first Disney African American princess, in The Princess and the Frog (2009). She was named a Disney Legend in the year 2011.
